Are dogs allowed in the properties?
Yes, all our properties are dog-friendly, and we allow 2 dogs per property. We do ask that you don’t allow them on the furniture or beds, as some of our guests may have allergies.
Is there any limit on the number of dogs permitted in the property?
Yes, the limit is 2.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. We don’t charge for an earlier check-in or check-out, but we offer them on a first come, first served basis, and they are dependent upon how the previous guests left the property. Are dogs allowed in the pub on site?
Yes, dogs are allowed in the John Paul Jones, the pub on The Bay complex. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors; dogs are welcome in both areas.
Is there a shop on site?
Yes, there is a small shop that sells basic provisions in the main complex, adjacent to the pub/leisure centre. Alternatively, there is a larger supermarket in Filey itself as well as plenty of other shops for all your provisions. Most of the larger supermarkets will deliver to the site too. As you would expect, the on-site shop is quite expensive, Filey can provide most things, and it is only about a mile from the site.
Are there any leisure facilities on site?
Yes, there are a variety of facilities on-site. These include a 20m swimming pool, well-equipped gym, sauna, steam room, and a baby pool.
In addition, the entertainment team on site offers a range of activities that vary from week to week. Reception will be more than happy to give you an itinerary of what is happening for the duration of your stay.
Are Towels and Bedding Provided?
Yes, we provide all the towels for your stay in the property. If you want to hit the beach, we ask that you bring your own towels for this purpose.
Do Your Properties Have EV Chargers?
Both the Howker and the Dartmouth have an EV charger as they have separate drives, the Greenwhich does not. We charge £20 per car for use of the charger during your stay.
